Listing

Listing means an article is officially accepted into a trader's range where it can be ordered and sold. Master data such as article number, EAN, pack unit and prices are usually required.

Large retail companies sometimes demand listing fees or terms from the producer. The opposite is delisting, where an article is removed from the range. For small producers, listing is often the decisive step to market access.
